This position is placed within the Communication Department and is a full-time temporary position until the summer. The Communication Assistant will report to the Communication Director.
You will be working together with the communication staff on several tasks related to research communication and dissemination, both internally at PRIO and externally, including on the PRIO web, on social media, in traditional media, and via events. The position offers insight into research communication, as well as the opportunity to build a varied related skillset.

Your areas of responsibility and concrete tasks will include the following:
- Provide practical assistance for public events at PRIO
- Provide assistance for in-house production of publications and other printed material
- Provide assistance for web and social media publishing
- Maintenance of PRIO's address databases
- Maintenance of PRIO's Media Surveillance
- Assistance for the Communication Director and members of the communication team
Qualifications:
To fill this position, we are looking for a reliable person with good organizational skills, precision, flexibility and an ability to multitask. You should thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
The chosen candidate must be fluent in English. Finally, the candidate is expected to have an interest in PRIO's research activities.
