Mr. Rolf Einar Fife will make a 45 minutes presentation on the topic. He is the Focal Point of the ICC Assembly of States Parties on the first Review Conference and the Co-ordinator of the Assembly’s Work-ing Group on the Review Conference. He has been one of the leading diplomats behind the creation and early development of the ICC.

Mr. Gunnar M. Ekeløve-Slydal, Deputy Secretary-General of the Norwegian Helsinki Committee, will comment on Mr. Fife’s intervention and present an NGO perspective on the first Review Conference. He has been an active civil society participant in the establishment of the ICC.
