Information technology presents humanitarian actors with an unprecedented opportunity to engage directly with beneficiaries and deliver aid more effectively. Yet, the humanitarian cyber space can also be a source of threats to the neutrality of humanitarian organizations and the humanitarian imperative of doing no harm.
This event aims to bring together practitioners, academics and policy makers to reflect on these challenges.
