Artificial intelligence’s (AI) integration into humanitarian funding and resource allocation offers significant opportunities to enhance decision-making, optimize resource distribution and predict humanitarian needs more accurately.
This panel will explore the ethical dimensions of AI in humanitarian contexts, focusing on designing and implementing systems that uphold humanitarian principles. By addressing bias, fairness and transparency, the panel will examine how AI can be both effective and ethically aligned with humanitarian standards.
