The Jacek Kugler Political Demography and Geography Student Paper Award is awarded to the best paper with a political demography and geography themes presented at the ISA Annual Convention. The award committee (Ali Fisunoglu & Andrea den Boer) selected Elisabeth L. Rosvold for her paper “Aid Targeting in the Aftermath of Natural Disasters in the Philippines", which was presented at ISA in Baltimore.
