PRIO Research Professor Christian Davenport has been elected to the American Academy of Arts & Sciences.
Davenport is one of the Academy's 213 new elected members announced this month.
The American Academy of Arts & Sciences has a membership of some 4,900 Fellows and 600 honorary members. It is one of America's oldest learned societies.
In addition to his position at PRIO, Davenport is also a Professor of Political Science at the University of Michigan.
