The International Relations Colloquia was first organized in 1980 and has continued without interruption since then. The objective of the 2024 edition of the event was to evaluate nascent dynamics of power, ascendancy of novel actors, causes and repercussions of current global crises and the constraints of the prevailing international order. Åshild Kolås (PRIO) was invited to speak on sovereignty, technologies of identification and borders, in a panel with Diana Soller and Alexandra Magnolia Dias.
