Celestyna is the Event and Research Group Coordinator at PRIO. She is responsible for organizing PRIO’s public seminars, overseeing large-scale events and serving as the liaison between PRIO's research groups and the communication department.
She was interning with PRIO's Middle East centre, working on the diaspora politics of the Palestinian exile leadership.

From January 2019 to January 2022 Celestyna worked as the Program Coordinator at YMCA Norway where she initiated and established a culture and activity center for youth in Søndre Nordstrand, Oslo, fostering a space for growth and empowerment. She led innovative projects and developed concepts focused on youth engagement and social entrepreneurship.
From 2018 to 2020 she managed a leadership course for youth, where she was responsible for developing the academic content, organizing seminar and booking speakers. She handled marketing and recruitment efforts, and provided ongoing support for 20 participants throughout their journey.
