Ida Verlo Ifwarsson is on an internship in the Communication Department at PRIO, as part of her Master of Philosophy in Peace and Conflict Studies at the University of Oslo.

Ida comes to PRIO with many years of experience from communication, journalism, and marketing. She has worked as head of communication for two Norwegian documentary film festivals. She has also worked as a journalist for the Norwegian newspaper Dagsavisen. Before that, Ida worked in the marketing divisions of environmental and humanitarian organisations, as both a fundraiser and team leader.

Ida holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from the University of Oslo and Sciences Po Paris.
