Marvin S. Soroos was a guest researcher at PRIO during the fall of 1979, while on a sabbatical from North Carolina State University. He began writing a book entitled Beyond Sovereignty: The Challenge of Global Policy, that was published by the University of South Carolina Press in 1986.
