Steinar Wigtil (1944-2010) worked at PRIO for a few years at the end of the 1960s. In 1970 he took part in a study of former Norwegian UN soldiers in Gaza og Congo. He wrote a paper presented at the International Sociological Associations congress in Varna in 1970: "Neutrality and Partisanship of the UN Soldier".
