Stein Arild Strømme (1951-2014) worked at PRIO as conscientious objector. He worked for Kjell Skjelsbæk on different projects:
- Voting behaviour in UN committees
- Clustering patterns for GOs and NGOs in Africa
- Norwegian trade relations with South Africa
