Politician and activist Alexei Navalny was poisoned with Novichok in August. Now that incident is having regional ripple effects. Pavel Baev is a research professor at PRIO; His work focuses on Russian military reform, energy interests in Russia’s foreign and security policy, and Russia’s relations with Europe and NATO.
