This project will involve the design and implementation of a pilot experiential workshop on ethics in negotiations. This workshop will be geared to diplomats, policymakers, military officers, business people, humanitarian and development aid personnel, and others involved in negotiation efforts. The aim is to assist negotiators in dealing with the ethical challenges that arise in the practice of their craft. The adoption of a highly interactive method will provide insight into the knowledge, attitudes and competence of Norwegian professionals. Moreover, it will generate recommendations for future training and development.
