The workshop on “Climate and Conflict: Past Evidence and Research Gaps” will be held at PRIO on 11–12 September 2012. The event marks the end of a three-year research project on “Security Implications of Climate Change”, funded by the Research Council of Norway.
The workshop will consist of six sessions with 13 paper presentations. Each paper is allocated a total of 40 minutes, and presenters are asked to prepare brief presentations (15-20 mins) to allow ample time for questions and discussion.
The submission deadline is 31st of August. All papers should be sent to Gerdis Wischnath (gerwis@prio.no) and will be made available below.
The workshop will take place in Operasjonssentralen in the Red Cross building adjacent to PRIO.
