The Training and Mobility Network for the Economic Analysis of Conflict (TAMNEAC) will hold its workshop on 7 – 9 October 2013 at PRIO.
TAMNEAC provides training to a young generation of professionals and researchers in tackling the challenges associated with mass violent conflict in developing countries. TAMNEAC comprises a consortium of 21 partner institutions from around the world, including PRIO, and is funded by the Marie Curie grant of the EU.
The workshop will bring together researchers of the Training and Mobility Network for the Economic Analysis of Conflict and the Households in Conflict Network (HiCN). The first two days of the workshop are dedicated to scientific presentations and discussions, followed by a day of training sessions designed for TAMNEAC early stage and experienced researchers. For a more detailed program, please see the attached agenda.
The workshop is co-organised by Henrik Urdal at the Peace Research Institute Oslo (PRIO) and Humboldt-University of Berlin. Please see the programme of the workshop here.
The number of participants is limited due to space restrictions. For information, please contact Mira Purska (purskamy@hu-berlin.de)
