This event be composed of a panel discussion on the opportunities and challenges brought about by language-learning models that are used for conflict early-warning systems. It will review state-of-the-art methods to extract information on political events from large text corpora, such as vast collections of news sources or parliamentary debates, using various artificial intelligence technologies designed to analyze text data.
