Each year around this time, the Web of Knowledge announces their 'Journal citation report', containing the most influential ranking of academic journals.
As with previous years, PRIOs own journals, the Journal of Peace Research (JPR) and the Security Dialogue (SD) are highly ranked. JPR is ranked 6th in both the International Relations (out of 82) and Political Science (out of 157) categories. SD is placed 12th in the International Relations category (they are not in the Political Science category). Both journals also do well on the more stable five-year impact factor.
