The webinars were chaired and organised by Kristoffer Lidén at PRIO and Norwegian Centre for Humanitarian Studies (NCHS) in collaboration with the Oxford Institute for Ethics, Law and Armed Conflict (ELAC) and Institute for International Law of Peace and Armed Conflict (IFHV).
