Giulia Caroli visited PRIO in 2018-19 to work with Halvard Buhaug and the rest of the CLIMSEC project team as part of her Masters in International Relations and Diplomatic Affairs at the University of Bologna. Giulia is interested in environmental politics, climate change and security studies, and she is writing her final dissertation on the effects of climate change on human security.
