Yoshiharu Wakabayashi is part of the NORM and AsiaPeace projects as a research assistant. He has a BA in International Relations from the University of Essex and a Masters in International Affairs from the Graduate Institute in Geneva. Prior to joining PRIO, he has worked for UN organizations based in Geneva. His main interests are international security, technology, East Asia, global governance, racism and international trade.
