Russian Foreign Policy and Russia's Energy Complex

This project aims at examining the interplay between Russian foreign policy-making and the corporate interests of its strengthening energy complex, that includes the major oil and gas companies and the parts of the state apparatus involved in formulating and implementing the energy policy.
