I research how secondary states manage the US-China great power rivalry, with a focus on the mitigation of technological dependencies. My work spans technology procurement and supply chains, Indo-Pacific security, the "new space race", and AI-driven threats to democracy. Please see the projects below. I co-lead the PRIO Security and Technology Research Group.
